6Your domain

Your outreach emails send from your own domain (like you@yourname.ca), and carriers need two short pages on it before they approve your texting: a privacy policy and texting terms. We set those up. Your current website stays exactly as it is, and we never buy domains for you.

7Agreements

Billing: I authorize Canadian Real Estate Developers Academy Inc. to charge the card I paid with today for my account's usage, at cost, billed monthly with an itemized receipt: texts, calls, emails and AI minutes. I won't be asked to enter a card again.

I am responsible for every call, text and email sent from my account: I have consent to contact everyone I upload, and I follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), the CRTC National Do Not Call List rules and, for any US contacts, the TCPA and US Do Not Call rules. The Agent 2.0 team (Canadian Real Estate Developers Academy Inc.) provides software and setup only, and does not decide who I contact or what I send. I authorize the Agent 2.0 team to set up my phone number and submit my carrier (A2P) registration in my business's name, using the answers on this form.
